SOCIAL LIFE PARADIGM

With the rise of so many self proclaimed influencers, I believe talking about this to be important. Let’s face it, social media is not the next big thing, it’s already big and sadly many live behind their phones or whichever gadget that can access the internet and loose themselves, or troll on others.

If you find yourself comparing your life to another online, remember nobody posts their bad days and if you do, nobody genuinely cares.

I’m a believer that social apps were coded for interaction and truth be told, I have met my long lost friends and acquaintances online, something that would have been unheard off if I hadn’t an account. Still, nobody is perfect and so I’m I. Temptation, envy, greed…all these vices are always lurking around the corner.

Personally I enjoy social media. Having to live a life away from family and friends, this is my to go reconnection. I get to see my nephews and nieces grow, my sisters and brothers making it in life, my parents’ smile when they see me and hear them say ā€˜I love you’ comforts me.

However, it is sad this has been lost and so are the app developers as it’s all about business and making more and more money.

It is what it is and in life it’s how we receive and perceive what’s brought in from others to us. The internet is beautiful, but let’s leave it as that, INTERNET. We all have the willpower to choose what we take in and out, what’s important to us and not. Let’s not get it twisted and mixed up.

I’m no influencer, but if I brought a smile on your face while being myself, then we smile together.
